1. Grow – We cultivate our mushrooms on our farm using carefully selected substrates and growing conditions.
   
2. Harvest & Dry – Mushrooms are harvested at peak maturity and gently dried to preserve their beneficial compounds.
   
3. Hot Water Extraction – This step captures water-soluble compounds such as beta-glucans.
   
4. Alcohol Extraction – A separate extraction captures alcohol-soluble compounds including triterpenes and other beneficial constituents.
   
5. Blend & Bottle – The extracts are combined into a finished dual extract tincture and bottled in small batches.
   

This traditional dual extraction process allows us to capture a broader spectrum of naturally occurring mushroom compounds than water extraction alone.
